Illumination of Heritage buildings: To imbibe consciousness, love and pride in the hearts of the people of Mumbai for its rich heritage, ILM has undertaken the task of illuminating the "Heritage buildings" of Mumbai to regain and restore their glory. This project has captured a massive attraction principally for the tourists

Paint Mumbai Green: Through this project, ILM has successfully promoted greenery by free distribution of saplings with detailed instructions on how to nurture and grow trees.

Improving hygiene conditions: By assisting in construction and maintenance of public toilets, ILM has played a key role in improving the hygiene condition and facilities of the people of Mumbai. The "Clean Mumbai" campaign activated by the Municipal Corporation has been effectively supported by ILM in words, spirit and action, giving an attractive facelift to Mumbai.

"Brightening" the city: After every monsoon, ILM has undertaken the task of giving the city a "bright and clean" look by whitewashing the compound walls of buildings and Marine Drive- the side-walk along the sea-shore.

Recognition of services: In an effort to thank all those people, who by their dedication and selfless service in their day-to-day work contribute for the welfare of the city, ILM honours them in a felicitation ceremony held annually.
