Is this a hoax? If not, do you have more details on this project? Who is building it? Who is funding it? Why are they funding it? Why couldn't they fund other more socially relevant tasks?

India will soon be a home to the world's tallest building. At 2,222 feet, the World Centre of Vedic Learning will be more than 700 feet taller than Petronas Towers in Kaula Lampur, the current record holder.Pic 1: Comparison to other tall structures:
1,111 feet is its base, it will be many times larger in mass than any existing tall building. It will have more than 30 million sq.ft. of liveable space on 160 floors.
The site of the building is 50 kilometers Northeast of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, in Brahmasthan, or the exact centre point, of India.
