Dear Doctor Saab
                Your concern does deserve merit. If the intent of the 
examiner was to test proficiency in English language, there were many other 
passages that he could have used.  However as Guptaji has clarified, since 
the question was framed by a member of the minority community and that too 
way back, communal reasons can be ruled out. Me feel that the academic or 
whoever behind the question had a dark fascination towards genocide and mass 
murder.

As to you being hurt at the conduct of some of our venerable list members, 
why get concerned and upset at the bilge fest on display? Let the show go 
on. Sit on the sidelines and watch the comic comedy and believe me it is 
really fun. I laughed my heart out at this altercation. Solid fun. I myself 
used to get into such debates but gave up once I realized that the 
participants are with arguments devoid of any logic and highly indoctrinated 
into their narrow and bigotrous agenda unwilling to budge even a little. So 
let’s be good spectators and watch the rest of the play in motion. Wait till 
the ultimate conclusion is reached.
