Bombay has become the centre in Asia for the music channels, among
others. Both MTV and Channel [V] already have set up here, and
they plan to make it big here. What attracts them most is the 
continuous inflow of creative people.

The VJs are all been brought up here and are doing great. Both the 
channels are doing a VJ hunt over here, and they seem to be happy with
what they are getting. The most favourite VJs are Rahul Khanna and 
Kamal Sidhu on MTV and Trey on Channel [V].

The Independence Rock Concert at Rang Bhavan is going to be one big 
publicized event. Its being sponsored by Channel [V], and a lot of
advertisement is going on for the event.
