I hear you Venkat, umm... my take is that yes our life is very
mechanical, but letme ask you would that not be true in desh too??
Probably, but presumably we would be with our own people which may make
it bearable.
The American Dream? I guess we are living it, with our Honda Accords et
al at age 23,24. Elusive? But this is precisely what we came here for,
right???
Yes there is a missing "apnapan" here, but here is the thing, would we
be happier in Desh? or would we look westward all the time. So where
would you rather be? This side of the fence or the other? Reason of
loneliness maybe the fact that we have the luxury of time and money ro
feel miserable and alone. If you are at school busting butt, worrying
about graduating, funding, future plans etc. we would not be so
miserble.
As for nature walks et al? Well few MAKE time for that.
As for me, I spend my spare time reading and pondering on the mysteries
of this drama called life as it unfolds before me
later
