[nukkad] money transfer

Hi

Can we just not send ATM cards back home, and withdraw the money directly ?

Its safe, reliable, costs only 2 or 3 Dollars....but will work only in 
those places where Banks are connected to the ATM backbone i.e Foreign 
Banks in India like HongKong bank ( Marine midland of USA) , Chase 
Manhattan, etc
