If you ask directory service, they will tell you. 197 is the number, I
think.

In Mumbai,there is a CD-ROM version of the directory. I suppose search by
numbers should be possible on this.  Just my guess.

I have been unable to buy a copy (Rs100).  The MTNL guys have not
printed/distributed sufficient copies.
