 Any idea how to write a pgm to move focus to a button and press "Enter"?

Specific problem is this.....

I put on  NmTV for my mom and go to office. Now Numtv asks for a feedback 
after every one hour. They do this in order to save bandwidth if no one is 
watching.The pgm does not continue if the viewer does not say either yes or 
no. The feedback dialog box says "Do You want to give feedback on the last 
one hour's pgm?"
It would have been better if the focus were on "NO" but it is on "yes". At my 
mom's age , it is not possible for me to explain how to use the keyboard to 
her. So can a pgm be written to automatically sense this window, shift focus 
to "NO" and press "enter"
