Dear Nukkies
That article is quite eye opening. I work in the IT industry not
as a software professional but as a Network Engineer (I got married 6 years
back. Lucky that I didn't have to face this dilemma). There is certainly a
slowdown in IT but it is not as terrible and grave as painted by the press.
I'm confident that the current lean patch in the applications/web devolpment
sector will be over soon. As to whether girls get married to a person or his
money, are girls alone guilty? There are any number of instances of boys
marrying with an eye on the dowry alone. So I beleive that both genders are
at fault. The girl's parents cannot be faulted as they are only safe
guarding the best interests of their daughter. Unless the social stigma of
judging a person by his money/bank balance/job and not character ends this
will go on. Both boys and girls are equally responsible for this change.

Bye
