You wanted to know, how the michaneries killed markists.  
Ok, here is my experience when I was working in Tripura's small village of Dingmoor. Mr. Anupam
Datto (he is refered as Datta in the FIR Dt. 08/01/1994 under IPC Tr/GSDD/KIT/Section-108/A-part 3, in the THANA of Jurali, a jurisdiction police post for Dingmoor), 
Mr. Prshun Deb, Mr. Shubhankar Moorti and Mr. Bidyadhar Poori all were from West Bengal, working as the KARYAKARTA of Markists party of India, in the village, when they were trying to provide the basic education facilities in Oriyya(let me tell u that still in Tripura the common language of ppl is Oriyya) the local church objected for thier school, b'coz local church was providing schooling in English in the Michanery school. Now, if those ppl wud have opened the school in local language naturally the local church wud have lost their students and they wud have lost their "GRIP" on the local ppl thus they wud have lost their "GRIP" in the local politics (interesting thing to note here is the priest from the local church was also the mayor
of Jurali) First those 4 were threatned not to work there, but since they didn't care, they were kiiled by a gang of 9 members, the leader of the gang was "Patrao" (a hired mercenary from Vasai, Maharashtra, an active member of Vasai's church, upon whom the Police of Vasai had atleast 12 cases of extortion, Dacoity etc. etc. pending and at that time he was a "TADIPAAR" from vasai)
After that the a case was registered against the local church priest coz police had a stong witness who stated that the gang killed those 4 ppl on the direct orders of the local priest. 
This case is still pending in the lower criminal court of Jurali, but today there is no trace of the police's witness. 
You can get all the paper work for this case from the THANA of Jurali. 
Unfortunately this was not given any publicity by any media network in Mumbai. 
If you want to know, from where the local church used to get their funds from, then kindly get back to me. I will be glad to give you the details.
See, the indifferent treatment by Mumbai media, when 4 markists were killed there was no publicity, but when a priest was attacked in Thane, by Bajrang dal members, all the media network cried out loud.
Any "SUITABLE JUSTIFICATION" from Mubashir Nelson and you, is welcome, for this incident, otherwise you are free to condemn this.
