Hello Arya
Your e-mail on the topic Krishna is totally unsuitable for the ocassion.
We all know that Kabir was Advait and when he sang this doha, he meant that
all Gods (whom you worship are within you). So why quote this, speacially on
the ocassion of Janmashtmi.
It is like singing "it's a holiday today" on independence day and on Sunday
and on every single day school is closed.
When school is closed for a particular occasion, you celebrate that day for
what it is and not for holiday's sake.
Hope you got the point.

Ref. Krishna and Janam Ashtami
An interesting doha of Kabir I found some years ago which puts Krishna in a
novel light.
It's taken from his description of inner planes. He says of the 4 Th plane:
Jahan kotiye* Krishna jode hu haath*
Jahan koptiye Vishnu naave* sumath*
Jahan kotiye Brahma pathe* Puran
Jahan kotiye Mahadev dhare dhyan.*
By the way all this is happening INSIDE you.
Meanings:
kotiye = thousands
jode hu haath = adulate with clasped hands
naave = Hindi namave, bow
sumath = matha, head
pathe = read, pray
dhare dhyan = meditate
Arya.
