Is there any documented evidence of such an incident or is it just a figment 
of imagination?

Well I have to admit that there is some truth to this.  But please clarify 
my confusion about the third sentence. By the term “Indian” do you actually 
mean “Red Indians” and not us?

Can you please name a couple such titles? Any idea whether those books are 
still being published and if yes any Internet store from where they can be 
purchased.

Can you elaborate a bit on this incident? When, where and how did it happen?
