Hi Gang,


  Arya started a poem chain on nukkad. 
  His invitation - All lovers are invited to complete 
                   the poem
  It's titled..Love...Romance... 
  Adding a few lines in Hindi is 
  difficult for me. Here is 'My love' :)

My Love...

Love, gurl? They ask.
Dreamy eyed, eh? They ask.
Troubling you, eh? They ask.
Who is he? They ask.

My love...my mysterious man. I reply.

Jaane kyon log pyaar karte hain? They tease.
We pity him. They tease.
Flipped over that stud, eh? They tease.
Should I take your proposal? They tease.

My love...take me to him, instead. I say.

"I have started to feel...", he said.
"What?", I enquired.
Both knew but none ready to accept.
But what is this feeling?

My love...no more pranks. I promise.

"Marry me", he said.
"Huh?", I raised my eyebrow.
Was he serious, I wonder now.
If that was not a joke, I am dead!

My love...till you come, alive. I assure.

His innocent face with a charming smile,
His mysterious and romantic eyes,
His caring and loving words,
"I love you", on his lips.

My love...me too, me too. I accept.

"I feel you are next to me,
singing those lines", he said.
"Is it for me?", he asked.
Do I have someone else who could understand?

My love...it's just for you. I dedicate.

"What should I do to make you believe it's me?", he
asked.
His dreamy voice still lingering in my ears.
His love and support during my worst times has changed
me.
Did I have a reason not to change? 

My love...you are in my thoughts. I surrender.

It's night for me, but day for him.
It's moonlight here, but sunlight there.
Way across the world we are.
Waiting for a chance to meet.

My love...all I can say is, I'm waiting.

I close my eyes in his thoughts,
Not to let a tear roll down my cheeks.
If this is love...that I never realized.
It surely hurts.

He is my love...sacred and pure.
