No, it is the server time - US East Coast time.

And it is 1:00 AM because that is when I create the archive
for the current month. Thus the archive for Aug 2002 was
created at 1:00 AM (server time) on Aug 1.

Actually, if I combine both of your addresses, you become the most
prolific poster (who will say "oh god" now. (-8) Counting both 
of your addresses as one, the ranking is:

162 (10.4%)  VSRawat
153 ( 9.8%)  "aryaone"      

I guess if I count both of Azim's address, he too will exchange his
rank with Dr. Gupta.

I am sure it is possible but the question is whether it is worthwhile.
I will put it on my 'to-do' list but may not get around to it anytime
