that efforts is felt on the stomuch.

Two miles=3.2 kms.

Dear Vir,
I defy anyone to do that in 15 minutes( as you put it!)
It takes a minimum of 10-12 minutes for anyone with a moderate brisk walk to
cover 1 km. on an even surface in good daylight.

And secondly, where on earth did your recommendation of fast walking after
dinner come from?

I think something in between a stroll and a brisk walk is okay.

> 2. If you take milk, you should take it not during morning, but during
the night after the meal and before sleeping.

Milk is heavy and if taken during day time, does not get fully digested.
If you take it before sleeping, during the 8 hours normal sleep, it gets
 properly digested.

Dear Vir,

Milk is not a suitable food for adults anyway, day-time or night, because
most of us produce little or no lactase enzyme to digest lactose.
Your reco. about having milk at night...is it based on solid grounds or
motivated by the fct that your better half serves it that way before
retiring to the conjugal bed?
( sorry!)
>> 5 minutes sitting after meal.
 15 minutes fast walk,
 5 minutes sitting,
 5 minutes taking milk
 5 minutes brushing teeth
 5 changing/ winding up
 lying down

> Around 45 mintues gap between dinner and going to bed.

I have not counted time for making love :)

WHY?

>>Take at least a big glass of water the first thing after waking up in
the morning. Water kept in a brass (or is it copper?) utensil is
considered better as that metal is supposed to kill virus/ bacteria

Dear Vir,
Nowadays they recommend heating plain water to warm level, and drinking 2
glasses on an empty stomach on rising in the morning.
Swallowing a handful of fenugreek seeds and a few diced cloves of garlic(
without chewing them ) is recommended before taking in the milk.(Famous
dietician and health consultant Anjali Mukherjee)

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Dr. Taher.
