One should rather take long strides and move hands as further and backwards and half the shoulder high as possible without giving the idea of a parch past. As a result, breath should become somewhat faster. Those who leisurely stroll as if they are walking in the garden admiring and smelling every flower do not get any benefit from the stroll. > Milk is not a suitable food for adults anyway, day-time or night, because most of us produce little or no lactase enzyme to digest lactose. Again right. but who is going to tell this to a mom or a wife? > Your reco. about having milk at night...is it based on solid grounds or motivated by the fct that your better half serves it that way before > retiring to the conjugal bed? > ( sorry!) A naturopath (named Vikalp, Nagpur based, now exanding) recommended this. > I have not counted time for making love :) > > WHY? :) Question was about going to bed that can be controlled, not about going to sleep which can't be controlled. Once you lie down on the bed, the body activities reduce even before sleeping. Thus one starts having effects even when he is quite awake. Time for making love is not caliberated, nor is the frequency. For a twenty-something it might be a frequent-and-short indulgence, but at my age, it is definitely not an every-night thing and when it happens it lasts very very long. Thank God, I have not fallen asleep in the midst of the act till now but I won't be surprised when that happens some day. > Nowadays they recommend heating plain water to warm level, and drinking 2 glasses on an empty stomach on rising in the morning. Good. I shall try that. But it is easy to drink normal water instead of heating it up the first thing after you wake-up. If wife does that she will be surprised why not add sugar, milk, tea-leaves. > Swallowing a handful of fenugreek seeds What is it in Hindi? > and a few diced cloves of garlic(without chewing them ) Good for bulky persons having possibility of heart/ colestrol problem, but not of any additional use for others (I am 58 Kg) if they are taking garlic in daal-baghaar/ chhaunka. > is recommended before taking in the milk. Return of the Milk? Ameer might be annoyed that a simple time-gap question is blooming into a full-fledged diet discussion. -Rawat ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe, use the form at: http://www.mumbai-central.com/nukkad/#options This list is archived at: http://www.mumbai-central.com/nukkad/archive.html
