[nukkad] Post-dinner walk and milk

1. You should walk at least two miles after taking a meal. And
those who
stroll leisurely are not getting any benefit. You should walk
quite fast
so that efforts is felt on the stomuch.

2. If you take milk, you should take it not during morning, but
during
the night after the meal and before sleeping.

Milk is heavy and if taken during day time, does not get fully
digested.
If you take it before sleeping, during the 8 hours normal sleep,
it gets
properly digested.

Milk should be the last thing you take before sleep. Don't even
take
water after it. (nowadays, there is enough water in milk itself)

Don't take liquid milk during morning. Mix something solid in it.
Bread,
roti, daliya (thooli), saboodana, anything.

Corrections invited.

Here are the corrections:

1. It is standard scientific medical advice that one MUST NOT walk
after dinner, esp. fast walk. That is a sure recipe to get stroke
[brain stroke or heart stroke]. After dinner, blood supply to
digestive organs increases. But food is unavoidable. If we walk
after dinner, that too, fast walk, blood supply to leg muscles
naturally increases. This further compromises blood supply to
heart and brain, increasing the risk of stroke. This is
avoidable.

2. It is wrong to state that milk is hard o digest. There is no
rationale as per medical science for the advice that it should not
be taken during day time or in the liquid form. Likewise, there is
no scientific basis to advise against taking water after milk.
