oh, boy!
mmmmmmm, it is ok if you are below 40, which rawatji isn't ,
or you are used to this sort of thing from childhood which probably he is!
if not, i should advice caution.
this is the prescription for people whose heart may
not be up to the mark to have a heart attack!
after one has eaten the blood has to be diverted to the
digestive system to digest the food and also absorb it.
when there is call for work at one place it does not make sense
to thrust more work else where, does it?
if the heart can cope with the extra load fine.
if not .......
i would say a light stroll, no more than that.
if you are so particular get a stress ECG done and get ok from a 
cardiologist!
