HEART ATTACK TIME

Heart attack can of 2 varieties, Excess and Empty.

Excess attack will couple with high blood pressure, sclerosed
[narrowed] arteries, hemoconcentration [concentrated blood
with a higher solid to liquid ration than normal], after a large
fat laden alcohol laced meal.

Empty attack will run with low blood pressure, stagnation in
venous tree, embolism [clot], in a large heavy person who has
no or low physical activity, those with indolent life style such
as the office goers, bed ridden, crippled, lethargic.

By theory of Traditional Medicine the 4 hour time frame in
which heart flows at peak is between 11 AM to 3 PM. the
Empty kind of heart attack is likely to occur in this time
frame.

However, if you can imagine a large round clock with 24
hours marked in it's dial, an opposing time frame of another 4
hours will open between 11 PM to 3 AM.

This is the time when Excess type heart attacks are likely
to happen. In fact this is the time when such a case is most
likely to end up in intensive care.

AGGRAVATING FACTORS:

1. A large fat laden meal late at night.
2. Alcoholic binge with fatty food at party previous evening.
3. Sudden, unaccustomed physical activity, such as going
up a flight of stairs, sudden fast walk, physical chores.
4. Argument and anger preceding night or even during the
first part of night.

Having usual sex when there are no predisposing factors
is very unlikely to cause an attack.

In an anginal person, or one with high BP, compromised
clotting time, etc. unusually energetic sex can cause an
attack.

In middle age the commonest cause of sexual exertion with
unpleasant results is when there is compromised erection
and a concentrated effort for rigidity.

If one is at all anginal or has any of the predisposing factors
present, be done with eating early on, always take a light,
digestible meal more soup than solids, take a light walk,
stay away from milk which has fat in 2 to 5 % and can be
difficult to digest late at night.

And as to sex, move it into day time.

Arya.
