Arya,Everyone does not have similar mental abilities ,hence its possible
that though you may not need a guru someone has to initially have one to
access the path of realisation of truth

everyone has same abilities but for some they are in a latent form which a
true teacher can bring out

yes-what Arya says is true -one can go ahead on one's own
