[nukkad] Sickening fanaticism

Given below is a posting from another list. If this is true, it is 
almost sickening. Coupled with the likes of news that a Pak court 
sentenced to death a person against whom a lawyer complained to 
police of having written to him letters discrediting the prophet, 
I, a liberal, start wondering whether Islam is corrigible at all 
to ever meet the standards of the civilised world!

"I like to share some words from a Christian-Indian brother from 
Indonesia, now living safely in Melbourne Australia.

He claim that all singing in Christian Churches located in 
Indonesia is de-facto banned unless a 100% sound-proofing can be 
provided.

The Muslims (like the ones first above!) will under no 
circumstanses accept the health-risks for a Muslim walking past 
and thus being 'infected" or "tainted" by overhearing Christian 
Hymns sung.

This has now resulted in a "de-facto" ban on ALL CHRISTIAN HYMS 
sung in Indionesia even inside Christian Churches. "
