DO REALLY BJP Govt, BJP Functionary care for HINDOOS

Dear Rohitbhai,

Thank you very much for the moral support.  Your supporting words have
really filled me with great courage, and hope for winning losing battle
against Muslims.

Brief of my legal case :

I am employee of Tata Chemicals Ltd, Mithpur, but stay at Okha Port.

I stay in Navi Nagari, Okha Port, A Resiidential Area, as prescribed by Gram
Panchayat Okha

Recently I am elected from Ward no. 6, and am member of Okha Gram Panchayat

It is the moral and overt courage which I have gained from Shakha ground,
that I hv come out openly against so called notorius person in Okhamandal.
Taiyyab Gani Pasta, is the person against whom I hv filed CRPC 133 case in
the Office of Dy Collector, Jam Khambhalia, for creating nuisance in
residential area, engaged in diverse businesses like Petrol Pump, Petroleum
products dealer, Transportation of Petroleum products, Cement, Hotel
Business, Travels business etc. 

As he is operating and owning transport fleet, he used to do all sorts of
welding, gas cutting, garage jobs, spring repairing etc on and around the
roadside of the residential area.  As a representative of the people of my
locality I approached him to stop all sorts of nuisance activities, but he
denied to stop.  In support of defence of Hindoo public, I produce following
facts :

a)	Navi nagari is residential area, and no such jobs can be done here
(supporting letter from Okha Gram Panchayat)

b)	Nr by to this area (100 mtr), there are schools owned and run by
Gram Panchayat viz. English Medium school, Primary gujarat medium school,
Hingher secondary school etc

c)	And just next to his so called open garage is BRAHMSAMAJ Vadi, where
various religious, cultural, events are organized.

d)	And why I hv to be very proactive is that, all will know the
mentality of Drivers and Cleaners, when our Hindoo Lady, young girls pass by
this road, they are being harrassed, abused, asked to bed etc.

e)	And major reason is that, the place WHERE HE IS PARKING and Doing
Garag Job, ALL OF HIS TRANSPORT, TRAVELS BUSES, THAT lAND ALLOTTED TO
SARASWATI SHISHU MANDIR (Proposed), and bloody we hindoos are HIJDA, that
being BJP government in Gujarat, we are not able to ask him to move from
here.

f)	I approached various levels of BJP, Congress and other people, but
none except Vishwa Hindoo Parishad supported me, but Vishwa Hindoo Parishad
also fall flat, saying BJP ministers do not do our jobs.

As people feared him, no one used to complain against him.  Also he used to
draw domestic electric power of GEB (Gujarat Electricity Board), for welding
purpose, this was sheer violation of rules of electricity supply act.  I had
represented this at various levels in administration, but none of the
officers replied back in writing, because the so called person against whom
I am fighting is having great influence in BJP government.  Though being old
RSS swayamsevak, I felt miserably alone, but none of the BJP functionary or
ministers came to the rescue of HINDOO people, except VHP, but it is
powerless tool,  still they expect vote from hindoos, but do all types of
legal / illegal business transactions with bloody muslims. SHIT.

He, by money power or by anyother means, by hook or crook, neglecting basic
principles of Indian Electricity Act managed to get sanction of Industrial
Transformer in Residential area from GEB.  He had approached Okha Gram
Panchayat for INDUSTRIAL PURPOSE NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE, but was denied,
albeit he managed to get Three Phase No OBJECTION certificate for his
residence purpose.  This document, he forged, since it has come to my
knowledge that on the Gram Panchayat original NOC, he added "commericial
purpsose" words and submitted to GEB, Okha. And GEB official after receiving
so called commercial purpose NOC, sanctioned Industrial purpose Transformer.
Pity to our Hindoo community.

I have already wasted more than 25 thousand rupees, but political people
have gained much sheltering this minority.  I had high expectation from BJP
functionaries, but it has now dried out.

Yes, I will fight and fight alone.  We in Hindusthan have instance that only
one Hindoo fight and thousand thrive and survive in the name of Hinduism.
