Dear Azim and Venugoplaji
                         Thanks for your compliments and I'm really flattered by
Azim's suggestion to send my proposals to UN. But however I have hardly any faith in
UN when it comes to resolving complex issues. In my view UN is just an ornamental
institution made up, so that some disgruntled and out of work diplomats and
technocrats can be kept engaged. Just to put on record, my opinion (except for
Jerusalem) is entirely based on sloutions offered by Yithzak Rabin and later Yahud
Barak. The Jerusalem solution was put forward by Brigadier Cecil Bradshaw
(incidentally there is a character in the novel "Exodus" with the same name) who had
served in Palestine under the British.
