... granted that "None of the Above" would be a good way for the voters 
to make their disappointment regarding the choice of candidates known to 
the political parties... but what would happen if our thick skinned politicians
decide to ignore the peoples response... how many times would re-elections
be conducted...???
Considering the size of our country and its population, the cost incurred and 
taking into account the shamelessness of some of our politicians/ parties
how practical would this suggestion be and at what COST (in terms of money) ?

If everyone votes 'none of the above', it means that 100% voters are sick of
the current crop of politicians. Democracy is all about expression of the
will of the people. If Lok Sabha / Assembly do not get formed as the result
the first round and will field good candidates in the next round so that
