[nukkad] Mailing options for 'nukkad'

This is an informational message that explains the various
modes of participating on 'nukkad'.

'nukkad' offers three modes for reading email messages posted to the
list.

The three modes are:

*Individual Emails
Messages are delivered one at a time to your email inbox. This is the 
best option if you want to keep up on the latest posts immediately. If
you have a restriction on the number of messages you can receive, please
don't choose this mode. 


*Daily Digest
Messages are compiled in one message daily and are sent in the form of 
a newsletter. This is the best option if you want to receive fewer mail 
messages and don't need up-to-the minute posts in your inbox. 


*No Mail / Web Only
All messages on 'nukkad' are archived on the mumbai-central.com website.
You can view the archive at: 
http://www.mumbai-central.com/nukkad/archive.html

Note that you don't have to subscribed to 'nukkad' to read messages
in the archive. This is very convenient if you want to catch up on
the messages or discussions while you were on vacation or away from
your email. Or if you want to read (without participating).

Only subscribers (to either the regular or the digest) mode can
send messages to and receive messages from the list. You can subscribe
or change your mode of participation at:
