Hey Cherian,
I have read all those in last 20 years. :)
Books of old fav I get one in two years or so, that I promptly read.

So there. 
cleaning, washing, ironing done by maidservant: time saved.
have no car, no lawn: time saved. 
(have half a dozen gamla at my fourth floor)

As far as socialising is concerned, I don't go anywhere, people come to
my place. It is costly to entertain them, but it saves time, means and
efforts in going to them.

The biggest time waster for most people is TV watching. I don't see any
serials or sports at all. I see news, discovery, national geographic and
english movie channels and few hindi films.

Thus I got a lot of time cmopared to you. But then, nowadays I am out of
fiction and into serious reading.
