Bounced email is a fact of life. Can't do anything about it.
There is a very good chance that at least one of the hundreds of mail 
servers that get email from this list isn't working on any given
day. And so many different things can go wrong (servers offline,
filled-up mail boxes, mis-configured systems among others) that
it is a wonder that you see so few bounces.

In Maverick's case, his email server provider was performing
server upgrades and was offline for a few hours. Akshay has
a mis-configured mailer which results in his messages having 
an invalid email address. (I have emailed him about this.)
And in Hiroo's case, the error message says it all:

> the user is having  problems  with his mailbox!!

This cryptic message does not help at all but it seems to 
be a temporary problem as are all the others. So, I wouldn't
fret over bounced mail unless it was something important and
absolutely needed to reach the recepient.
