[nukkad] cloth names

I know some of them, but some of them I really don't know and
would like to know.

What is the difference between 

1. Shirt, Kameez, bushshirt, T shirt, sweatshirt, speedo, kurta,
coat, apron, dongaree, jacket, sherwani, angrakha, bandi.... 

2. pant, trousers, bermuda, shorts, nicker, bellbottom,
elephanta, tights, inners, slacks, pajama.........

Please ignore whatever is inner garment.

Who designed track suit used in sports, and safari suit and other
items in above, wherever known.

Did I leave anything. (female-wear was not included)
