	I have a few comments to add:
	As you know I used to be very active in this group. And I NO I am
not considering leaving the group. I have been a member for a long time. And
I have seen some changes recently which I did not appreciate. Particularly
the Religion, personal attacks on other members and some other stuff. 
	I am a person who avoids extremes. I do not appreciate personal
attacks and the religious discussions that go out of hand. But that is just
my personal view. 
	I know this is just a group and the messages are email messages. So
I delete most of them just by looking at the topic.   I do read messaged
from a select few people. Like Arya, Ashaji, Shyami, the doctor's in the
group, Rajababu (his management and HR posts are quite good to read),
Raginiji, and a few others. 
	I had a few suggestions I wanted to make for a long time. Here they
are:
1. We should ask some veterans of the list to initiate a few topics of the
day. 
2. We need some directions and goals. Not formal but people should know what
to expect or what they want this group to grow to. Without vision, direction
or some sense of discipline, I am afraid I will have to delete more and more
emails each day just by looking at the topic.  
	But we are doing OK. As any group of people, we will go through
these cycles (good and bad) and I think that is life.  :-)

was a time when he was very active.
