And yet, Maharashtra Govt. also joined other states in declaring a draught and asking for assistance from the central Govt. Inspite of the welcome rains, the request has not been taken back! Btw, How did the term -raining 'Cats & Dogs', come about? Also, can some one tell, why in the monsoons- " the Nose RUNS and the Feet SMELL"...:)- Best Wishes.. Have a Nice Day.
