As no more replies have come, I guess it sums all.

Thus we have 0 PM and 9 CM (5 from the Rohit's list and Sheikh,
Farooq, Umar and one more from J&K) in 55 years of independence.

Thus this data speak something about muslims reaching powerful
executive posts (BJP or no BJP)?

Congress had been so favourite of Muslims, How many are congress
CMs? And how many National/ State party Presidents congress had
from muslims.

And Communists?

Don't talk about feelings. Enough of that. Give hard data.
