My comments--- Fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

Explanatory note--- First he wanted to adress the MPs in a joint 
session to enlighten them about his vision as to how to speed up 
development. This was politely turned down. But, he refused to 
learn a lesson. Now he wants to act as a one man mission to 
investigate Gujarat. Kalam has no experience or knowledge of 
politics or Indian Constitution or parliamentary procedure or 
practice. He had better spent initial month or two to acquire 
basics in these areas. That would have taught him the limits of 
Presidential action. One expected follies from him. But so soon!. 
Looks like the Presidency has gone to his Head. Sonia must be 
chuckling!
