There must have been 100s of C.M.s in India. It is more than a
coincidence that the count of mulsim C.M.s do not reach double
digit.

I seriously doubt that. But anyway, I know it can't be proven

He was congress' joker to counter Farookh. When I took four from
J&K, I did include him (see "and one more")
