DATING

Dating is dating, unles it becomes too intimate, in
which case, it becomes -

Mating.

When it comes to that, sooner or later one will come
to the place where one needs to say what one intends,
in which case the process involves a grave -

Stating.

The said process can be -

Grating, as on the nerves, or -

Abating,

when there is a logical "No!" to the very insistent "Can we?";
later ir may progress, or regress to -

Placating, 

when He makes a wrong move, which He is very prone to; 

A really nasty piece of work is the possibility of another He
coming in to the fray, in which case we have a -

Tail gating.

If things ever got to the point of "Let's go for it, yeaay!", then 
a premature situation has arisen, which is the proverbial -

Sating.

This can very easily lead to -

Agitating [for more], which is two steps away from -

Ovulating, which leads to -

Pulsating, after which it can no longer be [unless he is
crative] -

Titilating,

And can only end up in an endless, forever -

Waiting.
