Another idea is to have a chat facility on mumbai-central. If the discussion
is going to be a lengthy one with many messages flowing every 5 minutes,
open a chat and discuss it there so that interested members can go there and
discuss it over a chat. 
If chat facility is not possible on Mumbai-Central then we can use any other
chat site (rediff, yahoo etc).
