Sometimes, rarely for me, the topic becomes a chat much like
one on a real time nukkad and I like everyone to participate, or
at least give half a ear to what's going on, taking this to be like
it would in a family which talks, or a group of friends which 
listens.

Let's pray to the great God of Bytes to in the near future crunch 
the data or widen the band in a supremely mysterious way so 
Harshal does not face the problem, a very legitimate one, which 
he does.

And we get to blab as much as we want without running afoul 
of the Law!

It does not work that way Ameer.

When I translated Kabir I would be torn between the structure and
the thought he wanted to convey.

When I kept structure and a word-for-word translation, the result
was something you would throw up at.

Then I tried to fathom what the man was raving about and built
natural words around that.

Many a times words would whirl around my head, clamoring to
be stitched in, but I am naturally distrusting of external input,
and would reject these.

I am a harsh critic of my work and think most of it mediocre,
second rate. A third of the times it is spectacular, never before
written and beyond bettering. So I would wait for the right
word, or sequence, sometimes prying it out of, well, I don't
like to say.

Thus, as old Will would say, 
"Poesy most rank, or goldenly flaxen
Will sate the gossamer heart, or please the oxen."

Don't look that up, just made it up.

Till now almost everyone has chose "True Friend". And some
have wanted the two to be one.

Here is a teaser:

If someone loves you deeply, will this person also be your
truest friend? Can someone love and NOT be a friend?

On the other hand can a true friend also be a, emphasis on the 
word, profound lover?

What IS a profound lover?

A kisser, or embracer, or arouser, or given to romance, one
who makes deep inroads in your heart?

Would people who have tried, define "What are the characteristics
of a Profound Lover?".

Also, "What are the traits which for you would mark the true
friend."
