"Husain K Jagmag" enlightened us : 

"it means "Shining / Dazzling " in all its forms..." 

as far as i understand 'Jagmag' means 
flickering lights like that of stars 
or flame of a lamp; 
and when windmill fan was turning
it must be giving flickering lights 
due to gap between blades; 

and i had heard of one more Jagmagia 
family in Mumbai.

what was windmill driving? a chakki?
