                         Hope in the midst of Despair
                         ==========================
                "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing
fulfilled
is a tree of life"(Proverbs 13:2)

                When hope is deferred it means it is put off until a future

day. Waiting can make the heart sick. But when that longing is fulfilled it

is a tree of life.

                Every parent is hoping and praying for their children to
grow up and  enjoy life and be a positive example in the world. Everyone
hopes for  good health, a good life and good relationships with friends and

family members. What about the time between the hoping and the fulfillment?

That can be a pretty tough time. There is a name for it...life!

                There's no guarantee that anything will go the way we hope,

not on this side of Heaven. Life is full of surprises, unexpected events
and
circumstances.  When we hope and long for the physical, when the
fulfillment comes the excitement is short lived and soon wears off.  When
we
long for the Spiritual we are filled with such praise and excitement when
the longing is fulfilled.

God is working on what you are almost ready to give up on. He's working
on it for you. He's heard your prayer and is acting according  to His
perfect Will. Keep hoping. Keeping longing and praying. Trust in the Lord
to
bring about the fulfillment of what you hope for today.

                The great way to combat despair is with hope. Don't give up

so easily. Hope!
