Apart from harming the lung field and drying the colon, the 2
other direct consequences will be:

1. a weakened genitourinary system, premature hair loss or 
depigmentation, problems with spine, low back, knees, ankles,
feet; weakened bones predisposed to fracture; a heightened
sense of fear, marginal hearing loss worse on stress, some
ringing in the ears, a tendency to Cold.

2. a stagnated Wood system with problems like migraines, 
visual disturbances, nose bleed, red eyes, flushed cheeks,
irritability, given to anger, soon cooling down, sciatica, 
flank pains, cold scrotal area, acidity, stomach problems,
maybe even an ulcer, acid reflux, allergy to wheat.
