AWARENESS LEVELS - SUICIDE

Everybody to my mind has a dark corner in which the Trickster
lurks who may one day convince you to kill yourself.

Here are the awareness levels which he or she will have to pass
through before the act may begin:

FIRST is the instinctive reflex:
This will allow the death wish to pass, unless you kill by a sudden
unthinking reaction, in which case it is not suicide.

Suicide is never an instinctive act.

SECOND is the thinking mind of daytime by which you act. This 
level will anable you to kill yourself, or to not kill yourself.

Suicide is ALWAYS by an act of cogitation.

THIRD is the thinking mind of nightime when you are asleep.
This is immaterial as there is no Will in sleep.

Suicide is never enacted in sleep. You need to be awake to
kill yourself, or nayone else.

FOURTH is your Heart which is open night and day. 
This never stands in the way of your suicidal action, because 
the Heart feels, it does not think.

FIFTH is your Soul which has been open since forever. This
has no say because it is timeless and one life time is as a
moth's life before it dies at the flame.

Now if you agree that the seed of suicide is in you, and the 
Trickster may set it about, then it is time to think on how
you think.

Which could take a score of centuries, unless you first 
larn which livs where, where each flows, whrere each originates, 
and ends.

Understanding the cause of suicides is very nearly a spriritual
excercise.
