Dr. Taher,

If you have already followed Anna's suggestion, this may be
pointless [(-8] but try immersing both glasses in a soapy
solution.

The slick solution will easily enter the space between the 
two glasses and break the vacuum.

Your idea of using ice should work too but you would need to
fill up the inner glass completely for this to have any
effect.

BTW, do let us know how you solved this problem.
