 Generally,  VOICE files are saved 
 in .Wave format which occupies 
 too much space (kbs). 
 
 Is there any other format for voice 
 which occupies less space and 
 how to put in this format, Please?

You have to Record them in Wav format as usual . But you can do one thing you can get a Wav To Mp3 Converter . Its a software which helps you to convert your Wav files to Mp3 and save space and get the same Quality and clearity.
