1.there is no conversion tool in windows.
i saw in earlier mail that you buy the digit and have digit cd.
there are any number of applications for the wave to mpeg .
look under muti media in mindware.
 i have not used any myself.
but am sure you will find.
the audio rippers shd serve your needs to select and copy the needed 
portions only.
perhaps no need to down load.
