Not that. On clicking at File and Edit menu, nothing happens.
Irrespective of whether there are files in the recycle bin or
not.

Even the non-highlighted menu pad should appear. Well, it is not.

And its icon is appearing as window's standard folder option, not
the recycle bin option.
