me think, 

Whatever technical possibilities / Law, 
is it not unethical to post other's data 
using that person's email adres as sender
showing as if that other person 
sent it whereas it is sent by u? 

To forward such info 
recognizing the source is valid. 

Another aspect is that if email programs 
allow such facility, then there cud be a 
lot of fraud, finally blaming/charging the 
program provider to be an accomplice.
