Dear Dr Gupta, Namaskar,

Requesting your kind guidance in following matter :

//	I want to file a police complaint against my neighbor Mr Taiyyab
Gani Pasta, who is doing all the garage jobs like maintenance work, hard
spring repairing work, color jobs of Oil Truck Tanker, Transport Trucks,
Travels Buses, which he owes and operates in our Navinagarai area.
Navinagari area is residential area, and people stay here with family.

	The place where he performs this job 
	
	a)	is in residential area
	b)	very next to the Brahmsamaj Vadi, where all sorts of
religious rituals like marriage, reception, cultural programmes 
		are held
	c)	Falls within 100 mtr vicinity of the various education
institution controlled and managed by Okha Gram 
		Panchayat.
	d)	More than 30 drivers and cleaners gather here to do the work
	e)	it makes impossible for people to traverse through this
congested area
	f)	Also likliness of incidents of abusing Hindoo young girls
(this was done in past)
	g)	School children uses this route to the school
	h)	The sound of vehicles passing by, pollution, constant horn
in residential area etc.
	i)	There is always a fear of small children prone to accident,
since they will be playing in this area
	
Documents I possess in my support :

	a)	That Navinagari Area is residential area, certificate given
to me by Okha Gram Panchayat
	b)	Gujarati SANDESH News Paper 17.08.2002, wherein there is a
news of judgement by Jamnagar SDM that 
		eventhough if Municipality have given clearance for industry
or usage of electricity for industrial purpose in residential
area, if people object to it, the industry have to be stopped.

Yesterday I had approached our police station and met writer of PSI, and he
told me to give brief in writing :
