Are there any variations of this word 
from region to region in India? 
 
Rawat : " One of the most popular Yoga is called Surya Namaskar (salute
to the rising sun) 
which is done in front of the Sun. " 

Does this prayer with various postures/  
body movements in front of the Rising Sun 
have something in common with Japan, 
the so called land of the Rising Sun, 
and/or any Japanese religion?
