Max,

Saudi Arabia cannot prevent bomb blasts within its boundaries.
How will following it help us?

The death penalty has not reduced the murder rate. Why will
additional punishments deter the criminals?

We certainly need to have a 'fast track' within the judicial
system to deal with such cases. It is essential to change the
way we handle such crimes. The trial for the 1993 blasts is 
still going on!

All such discussions are futile. We are merely expressing our
opinions, none of which matter and none of which will make any
difference in the real situation.
