1. Gujarat cases were tried in a fast track court and the court 
acquitted the accused. But, the responsibility for court decision 
was laid on the door of the CM, blaming him for the verdict!

2. Fast track courts will help. However, the real solution lies in  
other approaches:

A. Filling all existing vacancies in the judiciary;

B. Creating more courts and judges posts;

C. Simplifying and quickening judicial procedure.
