OK buddy MN .. let us get this clear.

You are saying the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) never wrote the Qu'ran.

Then who did?

Did the words magically appear on a piece of paper?

If they did - then why is The Prophet (PBUH) so revered? All he did was
discover the paper - right?

Let me clarify. If the Qu'ran was revealed to The Prophet (PBUH)-
he would have either a) written it down on a piece of paper or
b) dictated it to someone else who wrote it down on a
piece of paper.

You might argue that The Prophet (PBUH) was just an instrument in
the hands of the Almighty and that He was much like
a pen in the hands of a poet. However - there is a fundamental
difference between non-living things and inanimate objects
like pens and living people like you, me .. and The Prophet (PBUH).

Did my message get through?

Do not pick nits. Whichever mode of writing was employed by
The Prophet (PBUH) - the point being made by Dr Gupta below
has nothing to do with it.

His point is about some lame headed Mulla or Maulvi misinterpreting
the Qu'ran. You have conveniently sidestepped that issue.

Let us see you address that.

And - please - do NOT tell us that the Qu'ran cannot be interpreted.
That is old hat.

It makes about as much sense as stating that Arabic is
a computer language - and that there is one and only one
interpretation to the Book.

There is NO human language that is so precise as to NOT allow
interpretation.
